Christine Stewart is Vice President, Global Human Resources for Alaris. In this role, she oversees the worldwide human resources strategy designed to enable Alaris business objectives. This includes strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and design, fostering a culture of excellence to drive employee retention through succession planning, career development and compensation management.
Previously Stewart has held executive level roles in human resources, business transformation, general management and engineering. As Senior HR Director at Conduent she managed the transition and startup of a 4000-employee global information technology and research and development organization. At Xerox Corporation she was general manager of the US Paper and Specialty Media business. She has over 25 years of experience spanning business management and technical roles.
Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Master of Engineering degree in Pulp and Paper Science, as well as a Master of Science degree in Applied and Mathematical Statistics. She resides in Penfield, NY with her husband Dan and three children. In her spare time, she watches a variety of her children’s sports activities including track and field, lacrosse and volleyball. She mentors early career professional women and enjoys what her mentees teach her through these relationships.
