Darlene Ernstberger is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. She serves as the strategic business partner responsible for developing and executing the IT Strategy to support the Alaris business. She also serves as the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and Infrastructure Leader for the KA Information Technology (IT) group. The IT group is an international team that serves KA’s worldwide IT needs for people, locations, and business processes.
Darlene joined Kodak Alaris in September of 2013 where she held the positions of IT Director, Global Applications, ERP Program Manager, and subsequently IT Director for Global Infrastructure and Contract Management. Prior to Kodak Alaris, Darlene held numerous technical and leadership positions at Eastman Kodak Company.
Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business. She is a graduate of SIM’s RLF program and completed the CIO Executive Council’s Pathways Leadership Development Program. In 2018 she was awarded 2018 Ones to Watch by CIO.com and the CIO Executive Council.
Darlene has a passion for learning and leading through business challenges. Personally, she enjoys family adventures, lake activities and reading.
