Gary Chamberlain is Vice President of Global Services for Alaris, a Kodak Alaris business. The Alaris Global Services organization drives customer uptime and reliability, and provides consultative and adoption services to improve customer efficiency and productivity. The service team is responsible for well over 100,000 Alaris and OEM scanners around the world, with first-time fix rates greater than 90% which ensures minimum interruption to customers’ business. Gary has held senior management and other leadership positions with Kodak Alaris, including EMEA Service Director for the Information Management division, EMEA Business Manager for Paper Photochemicals and Film, and several project management and IT/systems roles in Facilities Management.
Gary is passionate about transforming service offerings to ensure Alaris meets the ever-changing needs of customers. He has championed the transition to drive positive customer outcomes by establishing Professional Services offerings, and driven customer uptime through the deployment of robust escalation processes, remote support and the use of virtual software support teams around the globe. Additionally, he assists in developing Alaris’ IoT and augmented reality strategy.
Gary received a diploma with commendation in Applied Management from Warwick Business School. He lives in England with his wife Heather and has two adult children. Gary enjoys spending time with family, traveling and has a keen interest in keeping fit, football and rugby. He is an advocate of continuous learning and personal development and is an avid reader of a wide spectrum of topics, both fiction and non-fiction.
