John Blake

Executive Biography
John Blake is the President of the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. He has over 30 years of experience, a majority of this time as a GM and CEO, as well as functional expertise in finance, corporate & product strategy, and mergers & acquisitions.
John spent 21 years at Eastman Kodak where he served in multiple leadership roles including Senior Global GM and Corporate VP in the consumer photography business. After leaving Kodak, John was the CEO of several middle-market private equity-owned businesses including Phelps Industries & Vispero (previously named Freedom Scientific). In these roles, he successfully stabilized their businesses, enabled rapid product development, and drove profitable organic growth and acquisitions.
John returned to Kodak Alaris in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Marketing before stepping into the role of President.
As a principles-based leader, John is passionate about empowering his teams and driving towards outcomes.
John holds an MBA in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester. He resides with his wife and three children in Nashville, TN.
